Wholesale and printing orders are excluded from flat rate shipping. We use Canada Post and Purolator from Ontario, Canada. Orders shipped USPS Priority are from New York, USA. All shipments are mailed with tracking and insurance.

Most orders are shipped via USPS out of Buffalo, NY 1-3 times per week depending on volume. Larger orders (30-50lbs) are shipped via Canada Post or courier directly from Canada. Rate ranges from $10 CAD and up depending on weight/state.
Please contact us with your order information (you can also send a screen shot of your cart) along with your mailing address for an international shipping quote. Shipping can range anywhere between $12 up to $100 depending on your order size and country.
♡ How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders normally take 1-4 business days to process. **Processing times may be longer during sales and holidays or when our pre-order rounds are received as pre-orders take priority during processing. **Deliveries within Canada/USA can take up to 14 days to arrive depending on your location. International orders take 1-5 weeks depending on country and shipping method selected.
Most Canadian orders are received within 8 business days. Most US orders are received within 4 business days. Typically the further away you are from Ontario or New York, the longer it will take to arrive. If your state, province or territory is experiencing an emergency or natural disaster, typically there are delays in transit time for reasons beyond anyone's control.

♡ Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not accept returns. If you're unsure of the colour, tone or texture of a product you want to purchase, please contact us. We are always willing to send more photos or arrange an order of free samples at the cost of standard shipping (Lettermail, USPS First Class Standard, International Standard). All sales are final once cut.
