Shipping

Wholesale and printing orders are excluded from flat rate or free shipping options.  We use Canada Post and UPS from Ontario, Canada. Orders shipped USPS Priority are from New York, USA. 

  • Ontario (Non-Rural) $11 Ontario Rural (0 Postal Codes) $14

  • Rest of Canada/Remote: $14

  • Fly-In Community/Airstage: $20 

We will temporarily be using Canada Post to ship US orders for the time being instead of USPS. Rantes range from $18-$40 depending on state, weight, distance. Any overages are refunded once your order is fulfilled. 

*UPDATE* We are shipping our orders to USPS every 5-10 business days and refunding the difference with Canada Post.

♡ How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Orders normally take 1-4 business days to process. **Processing times may be longer during sales and holidays or when our pre-order rounds are received as pre-orders take priority during processing. **Deliveries within Canada/USA can take up to 14 days to arrive depending on your location. International orders take 1-5 weeks depending on country and shipping method selected.

Most Canadian orders are received within 8 business days. Most US orders are received within 4 business days. Typically the further away you are from Ontario or New York, the longer it will take to arrive. If your state, province or territory is experiencing an emergency or natural disaster, typically there are delays in transit time for reasons beyond anyone's control. 

♡ What countries do you ship to? 

We currently ship to ALL of Canada (Including NWT, Yukon, Nunavut), USA, United Kingdom, Ireland, Most of the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and South Korea. These locations qualify for our flat rate shipping methods listed under "shipping" on our website. 

 

If your country isn't listed, please send us a message with your address and the products you are interested in purchasing and we will provide you with a shipping quote to your country. We utilize Canada Post, United States Postal Service, Asendia and DHL Global Mail to try and offer the best shipping rates available.

♡ Do you accept returns? 

Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not accept returns. If you're unsure of the colour, tone or texture of a product you want to purchase, please contact us. We are always willing to send more photos or arrange an order of free samples at the cost of standard shipping (Lettermail, USPS First Class Standard, International Standard).

♡ What payment methods do you accept?

All Canadian Debit/Credit Cards, International/US Credit cards, PayPal and EMT (Email Money Transfer, Canada Only). 

Why is it more expensive to ship orders in Canada?  

This is a question better directed to Canada Post and United States Postal Service. Our US orders are shipped from Buffalo, New York, USA, so we're able to take advantage of USPS postal options. 

US Shipping options may seem cheaper, because they have tracked small packet options. In Canada, that option does not exist. On larger orders, the shipping cost per lb to both countries is almost the same, with USPS actually costing a bit more depending on the state. On larger orders, on average Canada Post is much less than USPS, there is just no Canadian equilvlant to economical tracking services for smaller parcels under 1lb.
